Meet Elasto, Rip Curl’s newest wetsuit technology, built to feel so light and flexible that you forget you’re wearing it. This 5/4 hooded suit is made for colder sessions, combining serious warmth with a level of stretch and lightness that previous Rip Curl wetsuits didn’t have.

The outer Elastomax jersey sets a new standard for stretch, while the E-Dry Thermo lining on the inside is fully recycled and dries in about an hour, roughly 30% faster than Rip Curl’s previous thermal lining. Inside the suit, lightweight Infinity foam in the upper body keeps resistance low, and plant-based Ocena foam in the lower body adds natural flexibility without using neoprene. Together, this makes the suit around 20% lighter and 25% stretchier than Rip Curl’s previous Ebomb suits.

The One Piece Boomerang panel gives you unrestricted stretch through the key paddle zones, and the profiled arms and legs are shaped to move with your body instead of against it. Fully taped seams keep the suit sealed and durable, so it holds up well over repeated use.
