The Burton Cartel Re:Flex Snowboard Bindings are a long standing reference for riders who want dependable performance across a wide range of conditions. Built around Burton’s Re:Flex™ mounting system, this binding delivers broad board compatibility combined with a balanced mix of comfort, control, and responsiveness. It is a setup designed to adapt as your riding evolves, without locking you into a single style or terrain preference.
At the core of the Cartel Re:Flex is its ability to blend medium response with all day comfort. Full underfoot cushioning helps reduce fatigue during long sessions, absorbing vibration and smoothing out uneven terrain. This makes the binding equally suitable for resort laps, variable snow, and longer days where comfort becomes just as important as control. The flex profile sits in the happy medium, offering enough support for confident riding while remaining forgiving enough to stay playful.
Compatibility is a key strength. The Re:Flex™ baseplate is engineered for universal mounting across most snowboard systems, making it easy to pair the Cartel with a wide variety of boards. Riders on older Burton boards with a 3D mounting pattern should note that a 3D Hinge Disc is required and not included. This modular approach ensures the binding remains relevant across different setups and board generations.
The Cartel has earned its reputation through consistency. It is a binding designed to perform reliably season after season, maintaining comfort and response without unnecessary complexity. For riders who value proven design, practical versatility, and a refined ride feel, the Cartel Re:Flex remains a dependable choice that continues to justify its status as a benchmark all mountain binding.
