The Filson Trucker Cap Patch reworks a classic 1970s trucker cap silhouette with a durable, structured build. Made from 9.5 oz. 100% cotton canvas, it is designed for everyday wear while maintaining the sturdy feel expected from Filson headwear. The fabric gives the cap enough structure to hold its shape over time, making it a dependable option for regular use across town, on the road, or outdoors.
The construction follows a traditional 5-panel design with a pinched front crown and a flat brim, delivering a clean, heritage-inspired profile. A rope trim at the base of the brim adds a distinctive visual detail while covering the joint between the front panel and brim. At the front, an embroidered logo patch finishes the design with a clear brand signature without overpowering the overall look.
Fit is handled by an adjustable plastic snap back strap, allowing easy sizing and a secure feel. This makes the cap practical for daily rotation, whether worn as a sun shield, a travel staple, or a straightforward finishing layer with casual and outdoor clothing. The firm canvas build also makes it well suited to users who prefer more structure than softer unlined caps typically provide.
In Light Blue / Angler, the cap balances vintage trucker styling with Filson’s utilitarian approach. It is simple, functional, and built around proven materials and familiar design cues rather than unnecessary additions. For those looking for a structured cotton cap with classic proportions and durable construction, this is a straightforward option with long-term usability at its core.
