The vest is constructed from NetPlus® 100% recycled nylon faille shell fabric, made from discarded fishing nets to help reduce ocean plastic pollution. The fabric is finished with a PFC-free durable water repellent (DWR) coating, providing resistance against light rain and snow. Inside, the vest is insulated with 600-fill-power Recycled Down, reclaimed from post-consumer down products. This combination delivers warmth, compressibility, and a reduced environmental footprint.

Designed with a regular fit, the Downdrift Vest is easy to layer over shirts, flannels, or technical midlayers. The tall stand-up collar provides added warmth around the neck, while a full-length front zipper with an internal storm flap helps seal out drafts. Elasticated armholes and hem further improve insulation and fit.

For storage, the vest includes two insulated handwarmer pockets with snap flaps and a secure interior pocket for essentials. Classic Patagonia branding on the chest reflects the brand’s mountain heritage while keeping the look understated.
