The Smith Method Pro Mips Snow Helmet in Matte Black / Noir Mat is part of the Snow 26-27 collection. Designed for snowboard use in the mountains, it brings a restrained, easy-to-combine colourway to a practical piece of snow equipment. The model is clearly identified as Method Pro Mips, making it easier to compare with other Smith helmets without relying on assumptions about features that are not listed for this exact product.
The Method Pro designation separates this version from the standard Method model. It is intended as a dedicated snow helmet for regular mountain use, including resort laps, piste riding and snowboard days where a helmet is part of the essential setup. This listing keeps the focus on the confirmed model, colour, season, protection system and available sizes.
The Matte Black / Noir Mat finish is recorded as Black, with colour code 9KS. The dark, neutral finish works easily with technical outerwear in almost any colour and keeps the overall setup visually understated. The official colour name is retained because it identifies this specific version more accurately than the generic colour alone.
This version includes Mips protection. Mips is designed to permit controlled movement within the helmet during certain angled impacts, with the aim of helping manage rotational motion. Its presence is an important distinction when comparing this helmet with models for which Mips is not specified. As with any snow helmet, it should be used as part of a complete, considered mountain setup.
Size options are listed from S to XL, although current availability can vary by size. Choose the helmet through the size selector shown on the product page and check the live stock before ordering. For Snow 26-27, this model is positioned as a focused snow helmet rather than an all-purpose everyday helmet, with its role, model and colour kept clear.
