For ventilation and day-to-day functionality, the Torrentshell is equipped with welted pit zips and two welt handwarmer pockets. When the weather clears or packability matters, the jacket self-stuffs into the left handwarmer pocket and includes a carabiner clip-in loop for easy attachment. At the cuffs, hook-and-loop closures help fine-tune the fit, while the adjustable drawcord hem helps seal out wind and precipitation.
